  • Total waste. These morons didn't even show up to a birthday party that was pre-scheduled. The birthday boy was in tears. Repeated calls to them, starting at the time they were supposed arrive, were met with no answer! I felt really bad for my buddy, who's son was the birthday boy. He had even paid in advance and verified Fantastic Fire Department cashed his check - and yet never showed! My best advice is don't risk ruining your child's birthday party by using these guys.
