Yesterday, I went to the salon to get a wash and blow dry because I had to give a big presentation. I was at fault in that I didn't articulate that I needed someone experienced. Unfortunately, I was given a young woman who just started. The young woman actually told me that she was overwhelmed and needed to learn so many things. As she was blow drying my hair, it was clear that she had no idea what she was doing. When she finished, my hair looked clownish. I give the manager, Anthony, credit ; he saw I wasn't a happy camper and asked he could fix it. I think what would serve them well would be to let customers know if they are dealing with a first time stylist.
