  • As hard as the two individuals who are employed here work, I feel Canada Post should revoke their franchise. It would be much more convenient to have a post office in the neighborhood with longer hours. This business frequently closes at 7pm. On top of that, the two employees only have one cash register/computer to work from, so only one customer at a time can be served. This seems ridiculous, considering there are frequently lines out the door between 4-7pm. The only other post office in the neighbourhood closes at 5:30pm, so it's not like I can just "go somewhere else". There's no blame here, it's just a poorly executed service that I go out of my way to avoid.
