  • I am so upset. With all the reviews I thought it would be good, but it's horrible! First off the lady at the counter had no customer service skills but then again no one in Phoenix does! On to the food: I got the catfish dinner, as sides I got mac n cheese, and sweet potatoes. I also added a side of mac n cheese and a crab cake. The crab cake had way to much salt. The mac n cheese had way to much pepper. The greens were sweet and I don't like sweet collard greens but if you add hot sauce it's not that bad. The sweet potatoes are NOTHING like the pictures I see with the marshmallows baked with it. They were canned and they added spices...but they were the best thing on the whole order. I did have corn bread an I will admit that was good. Lastly the catfish.... OMG disgusting!!!! It taste like rubber or like the fish had gone bad but they fried it anywhere. Catfish should flake and be very tender when chewing there's it was like steak. There was NO soul in this soul food. Please don't waste your money. I spent almost $23
