  • This guy replaced my clutch for $600. Other places in town wanted anywhere from $800 to over $1000! He basically doesn't do any kind of a mark-up on parts, and just charges you for labor. Also, I knew what was wrong with my car, I asked him for a quote, he gave it to me, and he fixed it. No bullshit routine where they do a "check" and find 20 things wrong with your car that need to be fixed. He did mention that the CV axle was bad - but it is bad. He didn't try to get me to fix it then, he said it could go 6-8 months. That's a good sign.
