  • I only give this business one star because I couldn't give it 0. If you have any choice in airline, I urge you not to fly American airlines. By the haggard looks of my fellow passengers braving the delay to board the one and a half hour flight to Montgomery, we've been here for at least a year or two. The lackluster institutions' reasoning for this delay of epic proportions? That the cabin temperature needs to drop two more degrees to be comfortable for its passengers. If the delay continues in this fashion, I can fully expect to defeat the trojans in a war, kill a cyclops, become cursed by Poseidon, and return to my elusive home in Alabama as the sole survivor of the harrowing journey. Next time, I'm flying southwest.
