The reason for 1 star is because I didn't have a horrible buying experience overall it just took long, which is normal when making such a big purchase. However, after purchase the horrible, customer service was provided. I bought my car sometime ago and set up a payment arrangement for the remaining down payment at LEAST 6 months ago. Now twice since then random amounts of money have been debited from my account for no reason at all. The first time this happened the charges were reversed in no time. This last time, May 2nd, 2016 I have still not received my money back into my account and now magically the finance manager who confirmed this was done in "error" has not been available to talk to me nor have the charges been reversed. I am SOOOOO upset and have now reach out to a lawyer for help because every time I email or call no one can talk they are so busy that I am no longer a priority! I feel like my problem is not being taken seriously. What if I really needed that money to survive??? This will get fixed no matter what channels I have to go through. So if you have purchased a vehicle here please watch your account for random debits from Avondale Mitsubishi there seems to be someone stealing card information.
