This is my first vegetarian dim sum experience and I am IMPRESSED! the food is created in a way that highlights it's fresh ingredients like mushrooms, tofu and choy without pretending to be meat. Dim sum staples like fried taro root dumpling and spring rolls were crispy and tasty. At dim sum, my favourite dishes are BBQ pork bun and shrimp rice noodles. Both dishes at Wu Tai were delicious, the bun was soft and the taste of filling was amazing. The tofu choy rice noodle "cheung fun" also yummy!
The servers at this place are quick and responsive too, looking forward to going back.
