My wife and I were here on 4-20-17. We looked around and found what we came in for. Cashier number is 270683. We took our merchandise to the the main counter and waited there for about 5 minutes. There is a big sign hanging over the counter that says Customer Service on it. There were employees at 2 other counters in the store. No one acknowledged us so we took our stuff to a counter located on the side of the store. We asked the cashier Albert, Did you see us at the other counter waiting? He didnt answer the question but he gave many excuses. I was busy, I have to take care of someone's account right now. Another associate was at the counter looking through the computer. We asked if he saw us at the main counter. He never answered but Albert answered for him and told us that he is a driver. I guess this excludes this person from helping people in your store. This location is definitely in need of some customer service training. We were shocked that customer service could be this bad in your store. Needless to say that we won't be back to Pep Boys. What a mess and a disgrace to the company this place is. We felt like we inconvenienced the people who work there because we wanted to buy something.
