  • I had my haircut two weeks ago, and a friend recommended it to me. Someone there made a reservation for me with an "associate" level stylist, and I wasn't told that there are other options for me. I have long and thick, heavy hair, and I want to cut several inches shorter for the summer. My stylist is nice, and she really listened to my request, and she spent a long time on my hair, but I am still disappointed with my haircut. She tried to create layers for my hair, however, at the end I noticed that a lot of my hair in the back are not layered and they are still so heavy and thick. She tried to fix it, but it didn't help. Most importantly, the left side and right side is unequal. I like the style she designed for me, but I think I would like to have someone who is more experienced. The hand massage is nice, but they forgot to put makeup on me at the end. I would still recommend this place to a friend, but I would recommend them to have their haircut with someone who is more experienced.
