  • Watch your account if you freeze for any reason. I was told I'd be charged $20 /month but was not told that a 30 day notice is required unless medical document is provided. I was not even asked. Just told it would be froze and rate would be 20. But surprise- I was charged 60 on next bill date. Poor communication on so many levels here. Also watch your LT bucks. Staff have for whatever reason applied 60 my LT bucks to a training session I did not sign up for. It was reversed, but kind of shady.
