rev:text	The dentist I consulted with was NOT conservative, he was very money oriented. ie; suggested only the most expensive and unnecessary options. I felt a breeze of arrogance and stubbornness on top of that. He dismissed every concern and suggestion I had and continued to up-sell, even after my polite objections. During this discussion, I was told to crown my bottom teeth to be symmetrical with my top teeth...Chill! I have a nice and healthy set of bottom teeth! Why would I want to hack them away? I was simply inquiring about MINOR improvements to my already nice front teeth, but I'm being told to shave down and cap my top and bottom teeth to create perfect symmetry. This isn't hollywood, people. We're just in good old Tempe. And they are so bold about hustlin' that they even had my hygienist and front staff pressuring me to get the work done! And people, warning, this place is way more expensive than the average office, and BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN! These are some tricksters here. They handed me "treatment plan" forms to sign while I was still all stupefied in the dental chair. Give your patients time to think and regroup at the front! I had unknowingly signed what I thought was a treatment plan and authorization to do the work, when it was really just a cleverly worded authorization to charge my card! I was shocked to receive a huge credit card bill for work that wasn't even done!! Who in their right mind expects a patient to pre-pay for dental work. Both visits here were left me feeling jerked around. Disappointed I left, never I return. I am not comfortable with this office. There's a vulture around every corner. Sorry Tempe Smiles
