| - A friend suggested I try snooze because they have, and I quote the best brunch in town. The only mistake I made, was not taking their advice sooner. This is by far the best brunch I've had in the three years that I've lived in the valley. Most people would be highly upset and unlikely to revisit a business when the quoted wait time was half an hour, yet they end up waiting for a full hour. Thanks to the fantastic customer service from the manage, Matt, and his awesome staff, let's just say we were happy to wait for food this amazing. The service was top-notch and his professionalism is second to none.
In addition to the pancake flight with Cinnamon Roll (not on menu. Ask for it and thank me later), Blackberry sublime and Sweet Potato Pancakes, I got their Summer Harvest Benny: Parmesan pesto quinoa cakes with fresh Caprese salad topped with two poached eggs, cream cheese hollandaise, balsamic reductions, and Parmesan crisps. It was the things dreams are made of.
Also, the French Toast Neat is an absolute must have. Hard to go wrong with French toasted Bread & Cie brioche, topped w/ mascarpone whipped cream, fresh berries and Slopeside pure Vermont maple syrup
