  • This gym is open 24 hours! I like it. No more excuse "it is closed now". We just get to the gym. Saturday mornings is BUSY. The evenings are less busy. The owner just completed putting in new equipment. I am still waiting for the hydro-massage machine to be delivered, but I can wait. One piece of equipment that I searched for, but have not found is the machine to work out the calves. None to be found. I have to work that out the old fashioned way with a step! Such a hard life. Overall the gym has a great space to do stretching, but no stretch cage. I miss the stretch cage in my old gym. The owner is nice and the people in the evening are really friendly and nice too.
