| - Service was superb! They brought these insanely good (and salty) mini parmesan "bagels" to our table that was like a soft pillow that melts in your mouth! The servers that came around offering the meats were generous, giving us extra slices upon our request when we were brave enough to ask during the later half of our dining. They served eight types of meats: beef tenderloin, ribeye, top sirloin, flank steak, pork tenderloin, linguica (spicy pork sausage), chicken breast and leg of lamb. They also served grilled pineapple dusted with cinnamon and sugar, which is heavenly deliciously after consuming protein in excess, haha!
The salad bar has a good variety of decently healthy foods (mainly carbs), from roasted almonds, cubes of different varieties of Wisconsin cheese (a bit too dry), fresh and moist broccoli and cauliflower and green beans, mixed beans and corn salad, dinner rolls with whipped butter or whipped peanut butter with garlic or goat cheese, romaine lettuce or spinach salad, pesto rotini with sun-dried tomato, fresh mash potatoes spiced with herbs, to curry chicken, lentil soup and beef stew.
Servers bee-lined their way around the dining floor frequently, checking up on our needs such as water refills and making sure, per our host Lucas, "we were still going strong" for our next round of grilled meats, LOL.
Wished they had a dessert bar to accompany the salad bar because eating at only the salad bar is an option, though not a worthwhile option.
