  • I feel compelled to write a review, this is the first company that I have ever written a review about; I took my car in for a lateral vibration, they said I needed new control arms, so I said yes to the $630 charge only to find out that when they finished and I drove away, the problem was actually worse!!! So I took it back to them. They took my car apart and said that the real problem was in the transmission transfer case and I would need to go to a tranny shop as they could not fix the problem there. So I asked for a refund and my old parts to be put back on the car. They didn't of course and in stead offered me a 50% discount on some more work that my car "needed." To make matters worse, they accidentally gave me the invoice for the two control arms they purchased from AutoZone accross the street and they spent $58 per arm; which they charged me $210 per arm -- a 300% mark up!!!!!! I found a company here in town that had 5 stars from every customer and they said the control arm was something that I never needed and any honest mechanic would have never put the control arms in. Please save yourself the troubles and money and go somewhere else. The reviews are worth taking full consideration.
