I work late and many nights I get asked for food from my two teenagers. Unfortunately at 1:00 in the morning I don't have a lot of choices and many of these nights I end up going to this McDonalds drive through. Usually things are as expected but tonight when I was asked to pay it seemed oddly cheaper so I asked if they have a special or something tonight. Make the story short it was because she didn't hear me well through the intercom and missed the word COMBO.
After I mentioned I wanted combos, instead of adding to my order, she yelled at me that I never said I wanted combos and shut the window on me.
I was shocked since I had never expected this from McDonalds. It didn't bother me that she didn't hear me but I couldn't believe how she didn't try to correct it. I know that is not how she has been trained by McDonalds. This is my first review in a long time but I needed to get it out. Still shocked.
