  • Been dying to come in here...sorry to say I was not impressed. Upon entrance the entire room smelled like...smoke? Location looks squeaky clean though, lots of flavors to choose from and they're organized beautifully. I didn't actually order a shave ice, I came in with a friend, who is also from Hawaii and I guess we have our own local expectations, we decided to get the iced coffee instead..so can't say much on that. There were a few things however that rubbed me the wrong way, besides the smell. For one, I believe it was the owner who was in the shop re-stocking brochures and tidying things up? Whatever he was, he was rude. He gave off a horrible vibe and made my friend and I feel extremely uncomfortable, not even a smile. Buddy - If you own this place...don't you want customers to feel welcome and appreciated?? Definitely not the way we show Aloha in Hawaii.. There was only one staff member working. Service was slow because of that, but it wasn't her fault. I have no intention of coming back unfortunately :(
