Came here with my wife on a Saturday night right around 7:30PM and surprise to both of us, dead empty of customers. Nothing on them I am sure but they have a really bad location. It is on the side of a strip center with Smith's in the center but unless you know Cloud is here, you will drive around trying to find it as it is literally behind a loan place that blocks most people views.
Anyways, It is a really good but small place and the attention to detail was really wonderful. I got a dung gwa (not milk) tea with the cloud cap and she got a taro smoothie. Both are really good and I am going to have to try the cap with something else just to know whether I like it or not. Nothing on them again but personally I am not a fan of the whole sea salt/salted caramel craze but willing to try again. Our server was good at explaining other menu items and we will be back. Only really bad thing is no small spoons to sample different flavors. Oh and they also now have free Wi-Fi inside. Guess they do read other reviews.
