They greet you at the door... And that's the very best they can do as far as customer service. Not Very Helpful and they Dont know what they're doing. Gave me the run around for 5 months and insisted I paid in full what my insurance covered. They Discontinued the original frames I ordered, and when I ordered a replacement they said I can only get Insurance to cover the Original frames... WELL HELLO, YOU DISCONTINUED THEM. My insurance offered to cover a similar pair but they seemed like since I wasn't paying in full, They didn't care. I pleaded with them to make me a Priority and they did nothing but make me Bitter about pearl vision all together. I'm so upset right now im writing this review directly in front of them AT PEARL VISION RAINBOW AS WE SPEAK. I finally got them to handle my case (after waiting for them to help a number of people who came in after me) and she says "The people dealing with this are going to lunch, Wait 40 mins" I said OK and remained In the chair continuing this review. She said it again and added "Well, What do you want to do??!" Like I was bothering her for being there. BEYOND RUDE.. At this moment, still have no glasses. I gave 1 star because LYDIA was the only friendly person and made this headache a little easier to deal with
