  • I wish there was something lower than 1 Star. It all started out great. The salesman came to the house and we completed a contract I paid. The next day I realized I wanted another design. The salesman came back and was very accommodating. That where the wheels came off. Almost 2 months later still no finished doors. Salesman responds intermittently. Has made promises but doesn't deliver as promised. When I call I go to voicemail. When I finally got through to a person, she would relay information but no one in authority would talk to me. This is all before they are installed. DON'T DO IT. The doors are pretty but if you have a problem need a response or service they have no interest in listening to your concerns.
