  • Never have I seen a company this BAD. Four times they stated that they approved the purchase of my hearing aids, only to say it is not true, when my Doctor office tried to confirm it. These people will lie and then leave you hanging for the cost. Mel with ENT of Arizona has submitted my claim four times in the last six weeks. I love this women, she has really trid hard to fight for me. Today they told her they could not ever find my profile in their system. Unbelieveable!!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. I have contacted a lawyer in Scottsdale. This fight is far from over.
