rev:text	I lived here for a year and was happy to get out. The maintenance crew there is a big time joke. The only thing they can fix are holes in the wall from screws. Anything bigger I bet they couldnt do it because the caulking wouldnt stick. I asked them to fix my towel rack, how much easier can that be? For them that was hard to do. So I had to buy stuff and fix it myself. Asked them to fix the toeilt because that would run but that was never fixed. Asked them to fix the shower that would leak if you didnt crank down to shut the water off. The last thing I asked to be fixed was my bathroom sink. Who do you think fixed that one? Yep me. If you move to this place I hope you know how to fix your own stuff. That was never fixed. There was a broken water line in the rocks that was not fixed for oh 3m or so. I work with a lady that has lived at this place for 9 years now, and she cant wait to get out now, since the new managment came in. She told me it has gone down hill in the last year. There was only one good person in the office but he saw how the place was going an got out. The seccurity guard they have is great, all he dose is sleep in his truck in the back. Oh the best thing the management did for me was move my truck with out letting me know. They didnt put a note on my truck, call me or anything. So when I came home and my truck was not in the spot where I parked, I kind of freaked out thinking my truck got stolen. I went to the office and asked if they had been told anything or even knew what happen to my truck. The lady giggled and said yeah we had to move it. Yeah I was pissed and asked why I was Inot told they were moving my truck. But they didnt care and didnt think it was a big deal. The only thing new in are place was the appliances. All they did with to the cabints was new paint that looks bad. and a new coat of paint on the counter tops. When I went to use the garbage disposal for the first time, it sounded like metel was in there. So I cheacked and I pulled out 3 screws This part is not the aparments fault but just a worring to you If you want to get out in the morning to head to work, better do it before 6:30am or dont be afraid to pull out and hit the gas. The traffic to get out in the moring is crap. And to get home is just as bad. Only good things I can say about living her was, South Mountain was nice to hike at night an it was nice to hit a few golf balls at night. Good luck if you do move here.
