  • This place is awesome and I have nothing but commendable things to say about Advanced Spine & Rehabilitation. I did have a little bit of trouble finding the location the first time I went as it is in the business offices located at the Galleria Mall and it is on the top floor accessible by an elevator. But they are clearly marked with a sign so once I saw it, it was easy for me to find. I love this office, the staff has always been friendly and courteous to me and I have not had any trouble setting up appointments. They do have a nice lobby to wait in with comfortable chairs and a television, and the staff is great about letting you use their nice clean restrooms while waiting and also providing cold bottled water when asked. (Which is nice on the really hot days here in Vegas.) I first found this place when I sustained a whiplash injury in a car accident. I was offered several wonderful therapy choices along side their chiropractic services. Such as Physical Therapy, Myofascial Release (MFR) Therapy, Electrical Nerve Stimulation Therapy and other various therapy options they have readily available there. As enjoyable as therapy can be, the spinal manipulation is actually my favorite part. Dr. Troy Russell is amazing at manual manipulation of the spine. My neck is difficult to have manipulated at best and he always adjusts it for me just right. Also he has fantastic bedside manners, a lost art form as far as I am concerned. I find him to be kind and patient and I really like that he takes the time to listen to everything I have to say. He makes me feel like he is truly invested in the on going improvement of my physical health. So in short, if you are having back/hip/shoulder/neck problems and you need an adjustment this is definitely the place to go!
