  • Since day one of bringing my vehicle in JUNIOR has taken care of me like no other service personnel has ever done before. He is very professional, returns phone calls, and values customers at this dealership. JUNIOR is a true asset to the service department and I will continue to drive 15 miles out of my way anytime of the day to visit him and his crew. I live only 3 miles away from Peoria Toyota and have never used them nor do I plan on it due to the 5 star service I always receive in Surprise Please take a moment to hold a meeting with the management staff to say a simple thank you to Junior for a job well done, as this only continues to retain customers because of his positive attitude and willing to help in any way he can possible. Lifetime customer of Toyota of Surprise!!!!
