  • These people are not trustworthy. I needed a returned call on an important question regarding one of the Dr's comments in my last session (I'm still waiting 2.5 weeks later - I left 4 messages and even wrote the CEO). My 2nd epidural steroid injection had an "incident" and these guys locked up and quit talking to me when I dared to ask about it. THANK GOD, I took others' advice and insisted on moving on to surgery at Barrows (where I got excellent care and my issue 100% resolved - out of pain immediately following surgery). Still concerned about what they feel they needed to hide, but I seem to be fine now and so thankful I got away from this nest of bad medical care before it was too late. BEWARE!
