  • Update: I went back today after calling and Diane fixed everything! She was gentle, took her time, and made sure I had a good experience. Customer service is truly cared about at this business, and I would highly recommended it to anyone. Chalk my last experience up to a mistake... everyone makes them. Diane delivered and made me feel cared for and valued as a customer. I'll go back again soon! Thanks, Diane! I usually really love this place - Steven is great at gel manicures and the atmosphere is so friendly. However, my most recent trip was Friday - less than a week ago. The lady who took off my old gels was really rough and it burned my real nails! When I told her it hurt she just kept going. Then the guy who actually gave me the gel polish change was in such a rush and the polish is already starting to chip and peel. He was too worried about something going on in the parking lot. I religiously come to this place, and drive out of my way to get here but this last time makes me question going back for awhile.
