  • I'm not really sure how to rate this place because I had such a weird experience here. I went here for the first time last month to get a full head of highlights before leaving for vacation. When I arrived I noticed it was a very nice and clean salon. They had complimentary food and beverages in the waiting area which was nice, and plenty of magazines to read to keep you busy while you wait. I only had to sit for a minute because Denise, who did my hair was ready on time. She was super nice, super friendly, nice to talk to, and everything was going great. She gave me complimentary wine and we had great conversation while she was putting in my highlights. Then it started to go bad. An hour went by then two then three...she took 5 hours to do my hair! No joke! My appointment was at 1pm and I walked out at 6:03pm! My husband was actually getting worried about me because I was gone so long! I do realize I have long and very thick hair so it takes more time, but my last stylist was always able to get it done in 2-2 1/2 hours not 5! I couldn't believe how long she took! I was so frustrated because I was leaving the next day for vacation and I still had a lot to do! This literally took up half my day and made me feel worried I wasn't going to get everything done in time for my trip. I loved this salon because the staff was awesome, the complimentary food and drinks were great, but I won't be returning because no one has time for that!
