  • Texans in exile rejoice!! The food here is better then anything Texas can offer!, yes, even (much) better then Rudy's, First and foremost there is the brisket, its do die for, you will not only pick every moesle off the plate but will lick the plate afterwards. Pouring ANY bbq sauce is sacrilege and should be punishable by law. Baby backs: most xlnt, the flavor is right on, zero room for improvement. Pulled pork: very good, great flavour. not the best I ever had but very good never the less Links: very good. Chicken: good flavour, mine was a bit on the dry side. Bbq sauces: all exceed all expectations, these folks know exactly what they are doing. Potato salad: very very good, xlnt flavor and consistency. Baked beans: good, abit too sweet for my taste, Coleslaw: just ok, didn't care much for it,I like mine crisp. All in all, even considering the "industrial location" its a 10 out of 10 Sure its not cheap....BUT well worth it.High dollar joints such as Texas de brazil got nothing on it, nothing.
