  • Not a very energetic or personable staff. I asked if they had a certain balloon and the clerk immediately said "no." Meanwhile, they ended up having all kinds of options for the balloon I wanted, another clerk overheard him say no and immediately told me that "yes, they did." People that enter that store are celebrating something special and I definitely didn't get that good, helpful or enthusiastic vibe that party store clerks should definitely have.
