  • This is a very nice gated community to live in. Has some great things, pool, jacuzzi, weight room, Internet room. Cons, rent has increased $257 in two years. Fireplace outside rarely works. Dogs crap all over the complex and people do not pick up after them. They shut down the office so if you are out at the pool and need to go to the restroom you can't go to the nearest restroom. They are charging overly high prices for what?
