| - Haven't been to this spot for over a year and nothing has changed. Except for the specials maybe. They have awesome items on the dinner special board btw. My boyfriend and I were happy to see that you can order the salmon belly as much as you want and same goes for most of the desserts on the specials. I also tried the grilled shishito pepper which was simple but delicious. Our go to rolls are usually the hurricane, the moon, the ecstasy, the jala jala, and the crispy rice roll. Try at least one of these rolls and I promise you won't be disappointed. Their nigiri is also very fresh and cut well, but I do feel like they could use less rice. Hands down, this place has the best dessert compared to all sushi spots I've been to in Vegas and I have been to quite a lot. I ordered eight desserts for my boyfriend and I but ended up eating most of it. I am a total fat girl trapped in a petite asian girl's body. I got the green tea creme brûlée, two orders of sesame mochi, green tea mochi, two orders of tempura ice cream, lychee sherbet, and green tea ice cream. I do wish they would put more sugar on top of the creme brûlée so it could have the thick, crispy layer of torched sugar that I'm used to. Other than that, you must try it. The tempura ice cream was alright, but I wish I would have ordered like 10 sesame mochi's because it was that damn good lol. They also have a yuzu sherbet that is one of my favorites from here but they ran out before I could get to it. This place is awesome. Give them a try if you haven't yet!
