| - I frequently visit this establishment for great service and products, but after today's experience I may not return. I purchased a cartridge and two dab buckets (bogo). Unfortunately, after getting home (which is 20 minutes away), I noticed more than half the oil cartridge was empty. I drove back to the store with the hope of simply exchanging the cartridge. However, I was met with sarcasm, and was accused of consuming that missing portion of the product, when it was clearly unopened. When I tried to explain that I had just bought the product less than an hour prior, the bud tender proceeded to toss the cartridge back at me--and said rather loudly, to my embarrassment, "You're at 0.3 anyway, so what do you want me to do?" Not to mention, why does my 14 day allowance matter? After going back and forth for several minutes in front of a store full of patrons, he left his post to speak with his manager. Afterwards, I was granted a one time swamp, regardless of the fact that the cartridge was sold to me less than half way full. I felt ridiculed, antagonized, and made out to be a liar, not to mention he literally joked about my low allowance. All in front of an audience of people. I'm so embarrassed ...
