  • Our office ships out items quite often, and not once have I had an issue! Greg and Alma are always friendly, whether on the phone or in person, and they offer suggestions that could save money, which is ALWAYS appreciated!! I'm not sure where all the negativity is coming from, but I've learned that if you as a customer are willing to be nice, understanding, smile and give a sincere "How are you?", chances are you'll get great customer service!!
