  • I have a son with cerebral palsy who has been having anger problems and I wanted to make an appt to check meds. I explained my situation in detail to the office staff, who gave us an appt. They had a cancelation so called us to come in the following week. We get there and they say well we don't show you on the schedule, so we go home, they call and say we did not realize your son had CP, they will let the doctor know and get back to me, which never happened. If they didn't want to see him don't waste our time, let us find someone who will! Just say so, don't ignore people so they will go away...please!
