  • Came in with a belt or pulley noise. They changed the tensioner and serpentine belt. I told them I had a new belt put on 2 months ago. They said it had to be changed but didn't tell me why. Well noise is still there. They changed something that didn't need fixing. Even after changing it the noise was obvious but their mechanic must not be bright enough to hear it. If you need a obvious part swapped for a overpriced, basic knowledge mechanic, go here. If you need diagnostic work done, skip this place.
