  • NEVER EVER EVER go to the pharmacy. On October 31, 2015, I dropped off my prescriptionS at 12:00 pm. The lady who told me they would be done in 45 mins or to come back before 1:30 (1:30-2:00 they are on lunch) Mildred was very very kind and fast. Me and my mom go home and decide to eat and come back at 2 to pick it up. Around 2:13, we go back and pick them up and the Hispanic lady LINDA, was very rude. She was so disrespectful with the worse customer service. She told me only one of my prescriptions was ready, but I told her the lady said come back over an hour ago and they would both be ready. She RUDELY rolled her eyes and told me to stand to the side. I told her let me pay for the one that's ready now. The total was $12.08. I told her I had the 8 cents but she had already counted the 92 cents out. When I told her here's the 8 cents I told you I had, she GRUNTED, and THREW my cash on the table back at me. I will never go there ever again. And the manager will hear about this. I just left trauma center after a bad accident and got treated so disrespectfully. I get it, we have bad days but customer service is everything.
