  • Horrible Management ...$4000 sale one... hour trying to get the accounts payable department to be able to pay our bill and we paid cash/check that is really sad isn't it? And then at 10 o'clock that evening at night receive a call that they forgot to ask us for something and if we wouldn't mind waking up my husband to get the information. I called the manager left several messages of course no reply. I did forget to mention the manager last night said they would do nothing but offer a $20 in-store credit for the inconvenience for waking someone up at 10:00????? Serviceyou get what you pay for. Save yourself the aggravation go anywhere else but here. As of today management has reached out three times to me who were unaware of what had happened and in my opinion have gone over and beyond. The level of service was pristine today. I have upgraded my review and will update again once my special order arrives. Thank you AFW again for listening.
