It is very unfortunate that this establishment has disregarded the meaning of customer service. We had booked a table several weeks in advance for a group of ten. The reservations were confirmed not once, but twice since it would be on a Friday night. We arrived on time and perhaps a couple of minutes early. We were happy to wait a few minutes for our table to be prepared. But, after more than 20 minutes, we were informed that they were still waiting on a small group to finish so that they could seat us in the bar area. Funny, but we didn't reserve a table in the bar area for a birthday dinner. The staff could care less and, to add insult to injury, they sat another large group that arrived after us in the dining room. We ended up leaving the place after they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. We were dealing with "management", too. They lost us as customers forever and the many people we have relayed this story to as well.
