  • We had our air conditioning serviced this morning and it was a good experience. The technician Bryan was respectful of our home and time. I called to make an appointment on Friday and they honored pricing I found on a deal website for the tune up. I was scheduled for Monday morning which was awesome and worked out for me. I received emails confirming and reminding me of my appointment. This morning I got a text message that my technician was on his way with a picture of who was coming. We found out a capacitor was reading low and everything else is good. Bryan didn't try to oversell what was needed and when I explained that I know how much the part costs and how to replace it, he was really nice. I will be recommending Air Serv to others and having them come by in the winter for a furnace tune up.
