  • If I was able to, I'd give it a 4.5 star review only because they don't seem to stick to a routine with service every 4 weeks. Sometimes they come every 3 weeks and sometimes it's 6 weeks or anywhere in between. With that being said, they do always call me 2 days before they are going to come out. Ever since they started coming my scorpion problem has drastically decreased. I do get the occasional scorpion and at times a giant hairy desert scorpion but that's only when the service exceeds 5 weeks from the previous visit. They are very good about spraying inside my home when I request it. Also, their customer service, both the technicians and office staff are very friendly and accommodating. Now if only they had a treatment to keep the birds and flys away!!!!
