The quick version: Good Works does great work. They're friendly, communicative, and I feel I can trust them.
The long version: I've been going to Good Works for two years now. I have a 1998 Camaro that I'm trying to nurse as many years out of as I can. I keep coming back here because they are always upfront with what they've found, how much it will cost, and they bend over backwards to be helpful. I can drop it off at night after they are closed rather than leaving work to bring it in. I can rent a car if I need one at a ridiculously low rate.
Are the repairs I get expensive? Sure. My car is old. Any car over 10 years is going to start costing a lot of money to keep running. This isn't their fault, they are charging competitve rates. I've spent a lot more money doing similar repairs at other garages. Frankly, I keep coming back because I trust their work.
