  • Switched over to centurylink 6 weeks ago. Lots of hidden charges on my first bill. The internet service has been TERRIBLE. Very slow! Promo gift card takes 3 months to arrive. First bill $50 credit did not happen. They do not put anything in writing when they come to sign you up. DO NOT RECCOMEND. I will end my service at end of contract.
