  • I found the online prices to be very reasonable. My son and I went this morning and it only cost $28 for a full day of activities and fun (price for 2 of us) plus they said for $5 more I could go next door to the aquarium. I came early because I was worried that there would be school field trips.. unfortunately there was 2 bus loads of school children waiting at the doors before opening. The staff handled the situation really well. They had the large school group wait a few minutes after everyone in the general admission line got inside and had them enter through an alternative entrance. My son and I were able to ride both of the rides before the hoard of school children piled in. As soon as the school kids were let inside, there was a lot of screaming and chaos, specifically on the indoor playground equipment. I thought it was great that they had a staff member regulating kids entering and exiting the playground and going through the rules with the kids before they could enter. About 30 minutes to an hour later they had an educational class planned for the school kids in a completely separate area which really helped reduce the lines and crowd. We spent 3.5 hours there. We rode the 2 rides twice, built 2 different LEGO cars and raced them, walked through multiple LEGO exhibits, saw the 4D movie, went to a LEGO building class, watched the "master builder", played on both of the playground equipment (there's a small one for young children, and a huge one for the kids over 3 feet tall), and ate lunch there. A kids lunch was $10 and included a healthy snack, made to order sandwich, drink, and LEGO box or toy. I found it to be a decent deal-although I know others were complaining of the price. The wait took about 15 minutes just to make 1 sandwich so I wasn't too thrilled about that because there was only one order before me. My son didn't enjoy the sandwich.. I thought it was okay though, just too much butter for my liking. TIPS: *come early on weekdays *buy tickets online so your guaranteed entry time *wear socks *bring your own food if possible *bring your own hand sanitizer, hand soap, and napkins *website says no re-entry once u exit, but that's not true, if u get a hand stamp u can re enter (it's posted on the wall before u exit) PROS: *staff were pleasant *staff are able to manage the school kids, allowing general admission to also enjoy themselves *price was reasonable *i likes the variety of activities and LEGO building classes they offered CONS: *Extremely dirty bathrooms *No soap in every single sink in the bathroom (and I was the first to arrive and first to use the bathroom -so I guess they never fill the soap or clean the bathroom on a daily basis), so are staff members not washing their hands with soap???? *almost all of the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty throughout the building *out of napkins at the cafe *dirty, dirty, dirty playground equipment *i also saw multiple staff members walk in the playground area with their shoes on-in a sock only area (after coming outside from the restrooms wearing their shoes) and kids falling on the ground on their hands, knees, and socks in the same areas that the staff's dirty shoes were; if the kids wear socks in that area then please have staff simply have the courtesy to also remove their shoes before walking in that area! It takes seconds to do so *and finally long wait times at cafe Overall we had a great time, however I just hope they begin to consider hygiene and health of children/families in the future.
