  • There is a new owner, Tim at the Matthews location. He is VERY nice and I could tell he cared a lot about his store, employees, and customers. I work about 40hrs/week and I'm always on my feet and I have bad foot and ankle issues since I was born. All associates were kind and knowledgeable. They used technology to measure the pressure on my feet, so they could fit me best! Unfortunately, they don't make orthopedic shoes in my size (Kids 13), but they were able to find inserts and recommended the best place to buy shoes and best brand, since my size is difficult to work with. Good on prices for the quality! Even a local meteorologist came there to buy shoes (so it must be good!). Very happy with experience. Highly recommend.
