  • My local LT is a Platinum and this location is a Bronze. Needless to say night and day. I prefer the local Planet Fitness then this location. Place is small and only one level. No pool and no gym. Was overcrowded and just no space. Equipment is old and needs to be updated. Music is blaring on a 15 inch woofer, which seems a little much. Gentleman at the front desk from Aussie was friendly/cool. An Onyx Location will be opening in approx November in south Charlotte, which is needed as their are currently only bronze locations in Charlotte.
