  • Never use LaserShip - if I could give it a negative rating, I would.. We bought a package on Amazon for same day delivery on Friday, 5-12-2017. Our Amazon delivery notification was received immediately saying our package would be received that evening, May 12, by 8pm. Later in the day we received a notification from Amazon saying it had been delayed until 9pm. We never received another notification from Amazon or LaserShip regarding status or changes. We didn't receive the package on May 12 as indicated. We called LaserShip on May 13 and after a 20 minute hold were told it was out for shipment. It never came. We called again and (after another 20 minute hold) they said they attempted delivery but that they couldn't deliver as they needed "additional information". We were home the whole time and no one tried to deliver our package nor contacted us for that needed "additional information". We called LaserShip again late on May 13 and after more than 30 minutes on hold, the agent again could not give us any information. We never got the package on May 13 so we called again on May 14. Again with an extended 30 minute wait time again the agent could not explain anything about the package or our delay. I asked to escalate our issue to whoever was in charge. Later in the day on May 14th I received a call back explaining that our issue had been escalated to "management" as no one still had any idea what our issue was. Today, May 15 I again tried to call but was on hold for more than 30 minutes so I finally hung up. I looked online and it says the package is out for delivery, again. At this point nobody, especially "management", has called us so we still don't understand what the issue is, or what the "additional information" is needed. I think the driver lied and never even tried to deliver the package. And after looking at the notes on the shipping tracking it is clear that communication between Amazon and LaserShip that this same day delivery thing is a joke.
