  • Ripped off! I purchases over $700 in 24 gallon trees last summer, and all of them died a few months later in the winter frost. Ugh! When I went back to Moon Valley to see what they could offer me in terms of compensation....NOTHING! Since I had my own landscaper plant them, they were unable to offer me a refund, exchange, or any discount. I would of even been happy if they would of given me a discount on replacements...but nope! They have a good selection in trees and plants, but everything is overpriced and the planting service they offer is unbelievably overpriced!
