  • I thought this was going to be a great place, but it ended up being the worst place I've ever bought furniture from. The furniture looks nice, but they have the worst customer service on the planet. One of my pieces was defective and the process to exchange it and get a new one was horrible. they make you wait all day again to get the piece...not one but 3 times. once to confirm it's messed up, again to replace only a part, then again to replace the whole piece. The customer service manager Pam is the worst woman I've ever spoken too. She guaranteed me a delivery time and of course it didn't happen, then she told me she was in charge of everything and I couldn't complain to anyone about her. Then they charge you so much money to deliver things, even when you spend $1000 in cash. Bottom line, the furniture is par, but not worth all the hassle and the rude customer service, go somewhere else.
