This is a nice store with nice employees, but I feel they offer too many services and specials, maybe more than they can handle. Almost every time I come in here to grab a few times I'm stuck behind someone who has an issue with a special promotion or sale. This involves long discussions and involment with other employees in the store to resolve. All the while I stand with one or two items in my hand waiting and waiting. This seriously happens more times than not, I'm rarely in and out of this store. I'm not a fan of self-service kiosks, but this store really needs them. On a side note, I took their survey to address this and I was stuck answering in depth medical history with questions about me and my family's medications and medical history. Not a few questions but like 20! It's crazy that a neighborhood supermarket wants all this very personal information. Never take the survey for Vons, God only knows who they sell this highly confidential information to.
